Arby's Richmond is following in Chick-fil-A's footsteps. Starting today (Aug 9), through 9/30, whenever NBC12 predicts the temp for the next day to be 95 degrees or higher all Richmond Arby's locations will be giving away a FREE Regular Frozen Lemonade to the first 95 customers between 2-4pm!
