Home Depot is doing their Christmas Light Trade-In again this year. Just bring in an old strand of lights and you will get $3.00 off an in-store purchase of LED Christmas lights. This off is good from 11/4-11/14 and a limit of 5 per household.
depending on how much a light strand is, that could be a great deal. They probably don't plug in the trade-in lights to make sure they work either. hmm
