Walmart officially released a new coupon policy. I suggest you print the policy and keep it with you.

Abbreviations

BOGO - Buy one get one free
OPP - Out of Pocket - actual cash paid
ECB - Extra Care Bucks - CVS "money" printed on the bottom of your receipt
RR - Register Reward - Walgreen's "money" printed out after your receipt
wyb: when you buy
Catalina: paper coupon that prints out from a seperate machine (like at grocery stores)
MIR: Mail in Rebate
SS: Smart Source (coupon insert in the newspaper)
P&G: Proctor and Gamble (coupon insert in the newspaper)
RP: Red Plum (coupon insert in the newspaper)
YMMV: Your Mileage May Vary (meaning it could be different prices at different stores around the US)
